Which Beach Babe Is Dressing Under the Influence?

This star's dress might be as black as night, but her panties and unsupported ta-tas are clear as day! It's too bad she didn't make use of the extra material that's hanging from her side and cover up her exposed goodies. Bottom Line: This TMI look has us hoping she'll get stranded on an island in real life!

Find out who it is in mystyle's Fashion DUI gallery!

Style Showdown: 90210's Jessica Stroup vs. Glee's Jayma Mays

Back in February, 90210 hottie Jessica Stroup paid homage to Brian Reyes at his N.Y. Fashion Week runway show by wearing his design—and styling it right!

We love that she had her hair in a chic updo to showcase the pebble-print dress's V-neck and that she wore leg-lengthening nude pumps.

Our reaction wasn't as positive when we saw Glee star Jayma Mays rocking the same number at Fox's upfronts in NYC this week. Even though the dress accentuates her petite frame, these Brian Atwood leopard sandals throw the entire look out of whack.

Did Sex and the City 2's Wardrobe Cost $10 Million?

Is it true that they spent $10 million on clothes for Sex and the City 2, and that the cast got to keep them? Anybody remember we're in a recession?

If Sex and the City 2 filmmakers had actually paid $10 million for a designer wardrobe and then handed the whole blingy, precious mess over to its four already-wealthy stars, that would certainly sound pretty obscene.

But fashion insiders tell me that the report you're talking about probably isn't entirely accurate:

While the value of the clothes for Sex and the City 2 could easily reach $10 million, don't be shocked if filmmakers spent a few bucks less than that.

For one, a film like that is going to get a lot of designer stuff sent to its stylist, Patricia Field, for free.

The exposure is just too lucrative for a designer, particularly an up-and-coming one, to haggle over how much to charge.

Field is a legend in, well, her field, and I'm told by fashion PR types that, while some major designers may have charged for their pieces, don't be surprised if at least a few provided their wares gratis.

Now, if you're a SATC fan, you definitely do not want to hear what I have to say about the sequel in my new podcast

Judge Issues Warrant for Lindsay Lohan's Arrest

Lindsay Lohan is a wanted woman this morning. After she was a no-show at Thursday's mandatory DUI progress report hearing, Judge Marsha Revel issued a warrant for Lohan's arrest.
The judge is letting her surrender in court, if in fact she lost her passport while in Cannes. Judge Revel set Lohan's bail at $100,000. Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, and Michael Lohan were at the courthouse. "She had valid reason for not being here today," said Holley. "This is a young woman who is complying ... but could not be here because of something out of her control."

Still, despite all of the drama, Lindsay's mother Dina is confident that all of this will blow over, as she tells
PopEater's Rob Shuterexclusively: "Everything is going to be fine. Lindsay has a new passport." The U.S. Customs Agency disagrees, though, telling TMZ that Lindsay will likely be arrested when she tries to get back into the U.S. "Anyone who enters the country who has an active warrant in the law enforcement database will be detained by their office and local authorities will be called," a Customs rep said.

Is Miss USA Picking Up Paris' Castoffs?

UPDATE: Not only is he not dating the current Miss USA, but it looks like Doug Reinhardt isn't dating 2009 Miss USA Kristen Dalton, either. Dalton tells E! she has never been romantically involved with Reinhardt and their contact was purely for business purposes.

"Doug and I were only talking professionally," says Dalton. "I am with Reid [Rosenthal] and we are very serious about each other."

Dalton says she spoke with Reinhardt on the phone about possible hosting gigs and Rosenthal was aware of the conversations and that they were strictly business related.

________

Stop the presses!

As if the whole pole-dancing pics thing wasn't scandalous enough, now Miss USA Rima Fakih is being linked to one of Paris Hilton's ex-boyfriends.

Us Weekly has a story claiming Rima is dating Doug Reinhardt. However, a source tells E! News they've never even met.

However, this rumor probably got started because of whom Reinhardt is getting to know...

A former Miss USA, that is.

A source tells E! that Reinhardt has been talking to Miss USA 2009, Kristen Dalton, from North Carolina.

Dalton first heard about Doug through mutual friends and took the initiative to call him.

"She said, 'We should meet up the next time I'm in town'," a source tells E!, adding that the two have talked on the phone for a few weeks, but haven't met in person...yet.

They may get together very soon, as Doug's in NYC, where Kristen lives.

But this meet-up might come as a surprise to her on-again, off-again boyfriend Reid Rosenthal of The Bachelor. Just a few weeks ago, he reportedly visited Kristen in Las Vegas at the Miss USA pagaent at Planet Hollywood and had plans to propose.

"She told Doug she's in an on/off relationship," the source tells E! "But Doug doesn't care. She's the one who called him."

Report: Lindsay Lohan Won't Be Arrested When She Returns to U.S.

Lindsay Lohan is no longer a wanted woman.

Earlier today, Lohan missed a mandatory DUI progress report hearing and the judge issued a bench warrant for her
arrest. Bail was set at $100,000.

Now,
TMZ is reporting that Lohan's people have already posted the standard 10% of bail ($10,000) needed to secure the bond and in turn, the judge revoked the warrant. She'll no longer be arrested at U.S. Customs.

TMZ is also reporting that Lohan and Holley are expected to be in court on Monday morning at 8:30am. At this time, a date will be set for a probation violation hearing. Judge Holley stated at the progress report hearing this morning that there is probable cause to think Lohan has violated her probation.
